How to prepare — measurements and what you store
Before the meeting, take some basic measurements of the space and have an idea of your storage needs. Width, height, depth, and anything that sticks into the opening — a soffit, a door swing, a sloped ceiling. Photos of the empty room help. The designer will guide the rest and can help with measurements if needed.
Think about inventory the way we do on an in-home visit: how much hanging, how much folded, shoes, long garments, the things that currently live on the floor. That list is what the 3D model is built against — not a generic closet.
